Contemplation Room
Our Contemplation room is a multi-faith room that can be used by our Muslim employees for daily prayers, including during the month of Ramadan.
Where is the Contemplation room?
Located on Level 7 at South Tower, 80 Collins Street, the Contemplation room (also known as the prayer/multi-faith room) is designed for prayer and meditation. Facilities in this room include an ablution area.
Did you know: The ablution area in the contemplation room is perfectly suited for the Muslim ritual purification procedure called Wudu. Wudu involves washing hands, arms, face and feet, which can be challenging if the ablution facility is not available in this room.
How can the room be used?
The Contemplation room is mainly for use by Cenitex employees of the Muslim faith at times scheduled for the prayers of Dhuhr, Asr and Maghrib. Prayer times are updated here and in the room.
At all other times, the room can be used on an ad-hoc basis with no booking required. Use of this room must be used by the Contemplation Room protocol.
