LGBTQ+ at Clyde & Co

Pryde & Co is the firm’s diversity and inclusion network for LGBTQ+ colleagues and their allies. The aim of Pryde & Co is to provide a support network within the firm and the community within which we work and to educate our friends, families and colleagues about the issues facing LGBTQ+ people today.

In order to deliver the support set out in our mission statement, the network hosts regular events throughout the year to coincide with Days of Significance in the LGBTQ+ community. As the network develops, we hope to engage with the wider community through supporting LGBTQ+ charities, community groups (advocacy) and initiatives, participating in public LGBTQ+ events, and collaborating with our clients’ LGBTQ+ networks.

Some of our initiatives include: 

• Holding ‘Lunch & Learns’ and panel discussions e.g. allyship
• Celebrations and events for key dates including Mardi Gras, IDAHOBIT, Pride Month and Wear it Purple Day
