Culture at Clyde & Co

8.3 rating for Culture, based on 7 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Clyde & Co is a social firm that has a wide range of social activities ranging from sports to firm events. There is never a boring Friday at Clyde & Co!

The company's culture is dependent on the team you are placed in. My team has a good culture that generally promotes normal business hours, and is accepting of working from home for later hours. There is not much socialising within the team, but after some time I have become comfortable around my immediate co-workers. Other teams in the firm, work very late and have normalised not leaving for home before more senior members

Most staff value their careers but, to varying extents, maintain their personal lives and the dynamic in the firm reflects that.

Great culture at Clyde & Co. There are many activities that you can get involved in both after hours and during work hours.

Generally, the firm culture is good. However, your day to day experience will depend on your team. Different partners foster different cultures within their teams. In my team, we are encouraged not to consider hierarchy in some circumstances, only when it makes sense. For example, we are encouraged to give our opinions even as juniors.
