Please tell us about promotion possibilities and fill us in on what it takes to move up the ranks.
In order to move up the ranks, we need to be on a client based project for 90% of the year, as well as having to be with the company for about 18 months - 2 years depending on the rating we receive at the end of year.

There is a clear outline of career progression and promotion. This process can be expediated with going above and beyond expectations.

Clear job moves criteria, centering around time at a certain level of performance (rating). From graduate perspective, will depend on percentage of time spent on client based projects. Personal experience has been relatively poor, due to limited client project opportunities.

I have heard that promotion pathways after 2 years in position, although some require bill-ability through the year, unfair to those stuck on bench, out of their control.

Speaking as somebody who is on a project and is billable , promotion eligibility is based on billability of an employee. For those who are not on projects, it is virtually impossible for them to be eligible. Hiring graduates and not placing them on a project is significantly impacting both their career progression, confidence, and mental health. It is unfortunate that this is the case and should be addressed properly within delivery leads.

Not extremely clear with how the hiring process works and seems to be very strict process.

Promotion structure are clear, however Promotion possibilities are minor as it is based on project billable hours. Due to several reason, company wasn't able to allocate all the employee to a project, hence less project billable hours.
