Hard to promote higher if you are not on a client project for long.

Expected graduate starting pay. No information on bonuses

Bonuses are adequate and tied directly to your achievements and review rating.

Not that much opportunities to review pay and career progression.

Pay is average for graduate level, however due to lack of project hours, less opportunity for promotion is consequences which lead to less pay after first year.

I couldn't be more satisfied.

Bonuses are more regular and hence smaller but since we are paid on a monthly basis it's more welcome.
