Feed your ambition with an iconic brand that makes a positive difference on the lives of Australian families every day. Our two year award-winning Graduate programs are the first ingredient to a flexible and dynamic career at Coles.

Join our People & Culture (also known as HR) function and choose from either a Store Support Centre (SSC) or Operations state-based role:

Our Operations roles focus on generalist Business Partnering and are available in VIC, NSW, and QLD & WA. These roles involve working closely with leadership teams and store/site team members to drive the People & Culture agenda. You will mainly support our Supermarket teams, with the opportunity to work in either Liquor or Coles Express for one of your rotations.

The SSC roles are only available in VIC and provide the opportunity to work in both generalist and specialist rotations. Our generalist Business Partnering rotations involve working closely with SSC teams and out in the field across one of our three brands (Supermarkets, Liquor and Coles Express) to drive the People & Culture agenda. During specialist rotations you will work across one of our Centres of Excellence including Advisory Services, Learning & Development, Recruitment or Organisational Development to name a few.

If you want to work in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same and do meaningful and impactful work with real accountability, then APPLY NOW.

We are currently taking applications for August 2018 and February 2019 intakes.

What makes our program unique?

Professional learning and development – Induction, specifically designed professional learning and development sessions continuously throughout the program, workshops, and presentations to senior leaders and directors across the business means you will be constantly learning.

Creative and dynamic work environment – No two days will be the same with ownership of real projects that impact thousands and shape the Australian retail landscape, encouragement to challenge the way we do things, team and business stream rotations throughout the program and working in cross functional huddle groups on actual business initiatives.

Learn from great leaders – You will have an extensive support network (Line Manager, People & Culture Business Partner, Accelerator Coach, Buddy, Huddle Group Moderator, Peers and Graduate alumni) to assist you in creating a challenging and successful career and be given constant feedback to hone your skills.
