Pros & Cons

  • The best part about this company is how well established it is. It is a very organised and well thought out company. There is an operational procedure for almost everything.
  • The culture here is amazing. Everyone is so supportive and offers and abundance of resources to help you succeed.
  • Flexible Times. The people are very friendly and they help you out at every steps. After months of training, I was able to work on my own and solve problems without constantly asking for help.
  • Being a remote first company, face-to-face interaction is less common but luckily CrowdStrike provides me with numerous opportunities to meet other interns and employees during organised Zoom events.
  • We currently don’t have an office in my city, but CrowdStrike sent me all the necessary equipment to customise my own personal space at home.
  • Working from home on a regular basis could be challenging, but at the same time this frees up my day to focus on a better work-life balance since I don’t have to take the time to travel into the city every day.

I go to the office once a week, and every time my whole team gets together in person is a lot of fun… we have free lunch on Wednesdays and plenty of free drinks and snacks.

I was interviewed 3 different times by 3 interviews. The interviews were interesting because they were with different people and because different questions were asked to me.

They pay fairly well for a company of this size and they also offer a good work-from-home stipend.

In the first couple of days they provide a few different training courses that give information about the company and your role. They also offer CrowdStrike University classes as well as LinkedIn learning where you can be certified in specific things.

Work Hours
They are very flexible. You create your own full-time hours with your manager but it really depends on the day. Some days I will start an hour earlier or later than other days and then just work the extra or less time. It is perfect. The team has also been really flexible with vacations and needing time for appointments.
