Gender Equality at Department of Health and Aged Care

Our Gender Equality Network is a staff led network committed to supporting gender equality and flexible work by advocating for an inclusive culture.

Their vision is for all members of staff, regardless of gender or personal circumstances, to have the opportunity to fulfil their potential both personally and professionally. The Network is not a gender-exclusive network – all gender identities are welcome.

The GEN helps celebrate a number of events throughout the year including International Women’s Day and the Share the Dignity drive.
