Designing innovative supply chain solutions for customers to help them reduce operating expenditure, improve flexibility and visibility in their supply chain.

I was hired as a finance graduate, which allowed me to rotate between different department for 2 years. Now I am working in a warehouse to assist management in various projects and get to know the foundation of the supply chain.
In my current role I am working with the Pricing/Reporting and Inventory team for DHL's Direct to Market - Healthcare Sector. On a daily basis I consult with DHL's clients/customers to manage all the pricing that is used for our end customers to purchase. I also manage reporting for a number of clients.

I've just stepped into a new role so am currently in the process of being brought up to speed on what my day to day activities will include. For the month previously I was sitting in on refrigerated transport which included; making bookings, monitoring truck temperatures and working with our carriers.
Updating dashboards to better inform the senior management regarding client's performance against budget; Small projects from time to time ranging from redesigning the template to revenue leakage investigation.
I've recently completed my first rotation in employee relations. My day to day duties included supporting the team with the process of renewing Enterprise Agreements, supporting business partners and the ER specialist with disciplinary matters, reviewing policies and procedures, data research and monthly reporting. As I've recently joined recruitment, my daily tasks was to learn and understand the recruitment process and assist the business with finding suitable candidates to fill open roles. I have also assisted the team in organising project recruit and facilitated a project recruit session myself.
As a Human Resource Graduate you are given the opportunity to work in areas of the team such as Recruitment, Employment Relations, Learning and Development and alongside the Business Partners. In addition you are able to get involved in cross divisional projects. My day-to-day tasks are value-adding to the company. I am given a lot of responsibilities and freedom to complete them.
