Career Prospects at EF English First

I started out with no teaching experience but I am now a senior teacher in my school.

You can move up the ranks in your school by taking on more responsibility and gettign EF funded teacher qualifications - be open to feedback and action what you hear

There are promotion possibilities, but it does feel there will be no more room to grow in my specific team.

Clear hierarchy for next steps for progression helps a lot. a few colleagues moved into other parts of EF too, like recruitment or marketing for example
