The company culture is great! I have had the opportunity to make friends from all around the world. Networking and building connections is something EF is certainly good at. They hold a lot of fun events where you can connect and meet with other EF teachers within the city.

There's a lot of support to help out during the visa process and after you arrive. The team in Beijing are good at including everyone in foodie nights and hiking trips so its' good to socialise. A lot of schools in each city with lots of international staff so its easy to meet people
