There's a DEIB committee here who make sure to challenge any issues or concerns people have. They are very efficient in dealing with that - and I work with people from all over the world at EF

They established a DEIB committee last year and also have a teacher welfare team so if you want to raise an issue confidentially they have these resources too.

What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
Visa process is what provides restrictions because China only allows people with a bachelor's degree, clear background and coming from 1 of 7 nationalities (Australia and New Zealand being included here). but apart from the visa process, there are no other restrictions
