Job Satisfaction at EF English First

I have developed into a Senior Teacher role since I first started teaching 2 years ago. Day-to day responsibilities would be coming into the center in the afternoon, have lunch, plan my lessons and activities for the day, catch up on admin work, if any and finally wait for the students to come into the center around the evening time. Pretty much a normal 8 hour day but teaching for 3-4 hours.

I teach kids and teens English in an after school and weekend learning environment.

I teach lessons and also mentor new staff.

Interviewing and admin, I like having a routine and knowing what is expected of me

I interview people and work in the hiring process. Lots of e-mailing and speaking to people.

Preparing lessons, working with local teachers and PA's, teaching kids, playing games and activities
