At FTI Consulting, we are committed to empowering our people to make their impact. Helping you realise your potential and feel fulfilled in your work is the best way to ensure success — for you, for our clients, and for the company. Throughout your career, we promote continuous learning and individual skills development, both on the job and in the classroom.
Our learning curriculum is designed to meet your needs at every stage of your career. During your first year, you will be exposed to many different engagements, providing you with the opportunity to work with various industries and to discover where your professional interests may lie. On the job, you’ll learn fast by working directly with senior managers and with clients on engagements where your input matters. You will receive a mix of internal and external training where you will be supported by a collaborative network.
When you start, you will be assigned a coach and a buddy to ensure a smooth transition and to make you feel welcome. Your buddy is usually someone who has completed the graduate program recently. They will help you to settle in, find your way around the office and help you with any questions you may have. Your coach manages your performance, ongoing development and ensures you are challenged and get experience across a range of engagements.
We will kick-off recruitment for our 2022 Graduate Program in February 2021. Register your interest and be the first to find out when applications open!
We are committed to attracting, developing and retaining diverse talent.
