What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pay is good but offset slightly by work hours
The company pay is based on international performance in the business and so though locally we may be doing well we may not see much reward. Small one off rewards are given though for certain situations.
Very good. They pay a good rate p/a for a graduate engineer and the line of work is quite varied as well.
The graduate pay is decent and there is a process for bonuses that does get used
Offering pay above the average for graduates
Can improve on true compensation.
The bonus structure is lacking but the pay is decent.
What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
