THE INTERNSHIP

The Financial Business Analyst intern will be a member of the Performance Management Team within IHMS to help the team providing essential data, performance analytics, interpretation and summary report. Main Intern activities:

  • Assist with the creation of monthly performance reports to the department
  • Learn how to analyse performance reports and how to determine the causes of non-compliance and the effect of remediation
  • Participate in operational improvement activities such as training, guidance and direction on performance measures to staff on site
  • Provide support interpreting notifications from customers about the requirement to provide certain types of health services.

YOU

  • Student or fresh graduate of various backgrounds including Business, Finance, Accounting or similar.
  • Strong MS proficiency and sound communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and proactive individual
