What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Steady yearly increases to salary based on performance is fair.
Coming from private, the pay in APS is lower but fair based on the hours worked.
Very rewarding, increases with completion of levels in training and based on yearly performance thereafter. We are current bargaining a new enterprise agreement (EA) which will include a pay increase.
Good starting salary, relatively little promotion opportunity.
I am satisfied with my pay at IPA. There are also opportunities for overtime and bonuses for very high achievers in Patents.
Extremely good for a graduate, with a reasonable amount of room to move up the pay scale.
Excellent for a graduate c.f. engineering salaries, but significantly less long term than an engineering salary. There are incentives other than pay.
The salary is fairly good here. Most people have high level educations and and get paid accordingly. If you want more money, you can generally do overtime.
