In 2020 and again in 2022, Lander & Rogers was named an Employer of Choice for Gender Equality by the Federal Government’s Workplace Gender Equality Agency. The firm has been recognised for a range of initiatives designed to promote gender equality through pay equity, flexible work practices and tools, gender neutral parental leave opportunities and the promotion of women to positions of leadership.
