Macquarie Technology Group Graduate Stories

Looking back, I never thought I’d see the day where I’d know as much as I do now, and be able to help my teammates too. This leads to one of my favourite things about this graduate program – not a day goes by where I don’t learn something new in this role, and that’s a fact.

The unknown shouldn’t stimulate fear it should suggest opportunity. Working here for the past 6 months has opened opportunities for me. Inside the business, there are many paths to explore and specialise in.

My most memorable moment so far is the company induction. All new starters go through a process in which they have a chance to meet and chat with our CEO as well as hear from all the executives about how passionate they are about what they do.
