Management team is quite hands on. Most of them have been through the grad program themselves so they understand how a graduate feels in a new role. The team is quite collaborative. Everyone is friendly and is always willing to help. The team gets together regularly outside working hours as well and have built friendships amongst themselves.

Everyone works hard both in the office and after hours, there are 3 shifts to provide 24/7 customer support. Graduates have team leaders who have managers. Work is 5 days in the office so it is easy to socialise with colleagues.

There are a lot of events. All teams have their own events but there are also lots of events for the whole company both in and out of work hours. You frequently get to go for lunch with colleagues/have the company but lunch and snacks

While some of the tasks I do are intimidating, I'm never exactly alone. I can always ask the more experienced people in the room or over teams whenever I get stuck on a problem. So far, I have found management and senior employees to be accommodating and understanding to me as a new starter in the industry.
