What does our team do?

'Advisory Services' enhances Marsh to become the most trusted Risk Advisor. We do this through our Advisory services of Risk Consulting, Claims Advocacy, Analytics and Captive Solutions. Within Risk Consulting specifically, we offer operational risk consulting (Property & Valuations), strategic risk consulting (Cyber, Enterprise Risk, Business Continuity and Crisis Management) and forensic accounting. As a Marsh Advisory Graduate, you will work across our entire Marsh Advisory team, which includes Consulting Solutions, Analytics Solutions, Claims Solutions and Captive Solutions.

What can you expect?

• Research to obtain understanding of businesses within Advisory and their capabilities
• Research clients to identify opportunities to assist and prepare reports.
• Attend and assist with client meetings
• Work with qualified consultants on client deliverables
• Project manage and provide content for tenders and proposals
• Understand our consulting methodologies and tools
• Help identify cross sell opportunities in the business
• Perform basic numerical computations and analyse financial data

Our hiring criteria:

• Applicants must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident
• Be in your final year of a university degree or have completed your degree in the past 2 years
• Open to applicants from all university degrees and backgrounds
• Graduates with a minimum of 75% grade point average (distinction average)
• Involvement with extra-curricular activities such as volunteering, sporting teams and/or community initiatives
• Advisory Specific: Degree in either Risk / Engineering / Finance / Actuarial or Mathmatics
