1- The steps in the recruitment process:

• CV/Resume Application submitted through email or Masri International Services's google form link.
• If successful. Candidate will receive an email, for face-to-face interview (include: date, location, and time)
• In-person interview (with the office manager, takes 30-40 minutes)
• Psychometric or aptitude test  (either over the phone or face-to-face, not more than 10 minutes).
• Assessment trial (1-3 tasks will be assigned to the candidate to see his experience/ knowledge level).

2- Selection Criteria 

• According to results from NO. 1, selection will be made. A 1-2 week trial will be made with the candidate.
• If all went well, employee contract will be signed to start official work, with salary/wage payments.

1- The candidate's career opportunities and growth will be gained through:

• Experience in customer service,
• Wider scope of knowledge in the traveling field
• Various certificates in Amadeus, after taking a course with them (for FREE),
• Experience in other services served by Masri international Services such money transfer and shipping (both domestic and worldwide).

2- Gross Salary and promotion timelines:

• Part time  (21$ * 4 hours * 4 days )  annual salary $17,472 + superannuation.
• Salary increase and promotions will be depending on how much the candidate helps in promoting Masri International Services's business.
