Please provide further information on diversity with respect to women, ethnic minorities and LGBT. Please comment on issues such as recruitment, retention, promotion, child care, maternity leave, etc.
The company is very diverse across almost all diversity dimensions with exception of gender. This has become a focus recently and there is a keen interest in addressing the gender imbalance.
The company has being trying to improve gender diversity, however on a whole it is still an extremely male dominant firm. As it is an international company, ethnic diversity is not a problem here.
Very strong on gender diversity
There is a very low percentage of women working at my company. There has been a very recent, yet inefficient, push to rectify this
What does your company do to attract applicants from less privileged backgrounds?
The company is a robust meritocracy.
I have not heard of any policies the company has in place to specifically address this, although I am aware that there is no social discrimination when it comes to the recruiting process.
