Client service intern positions are entry-level and job seekers are traditionally either in their 3rd year of a 4 year degree program or in the 4th year of a 5 year program. Client service interns typically join during the winter/spring or summer prior to their intended graduation year.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrated ability to communicate (i.e., read, write, speak) with business-level fluency in Japanese and English.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in:

  • Possessing an interest in all aspects of auditing and a desire to pursue a career in public accounting.
  • Possessing knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and current accounting policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrating problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
  • Interacting with various levels of client and firm management in both written and verbal form.
  • Being able to self-motivate and take responsibility for personal growth and development.
