Embracing Listen, one of QinetiQ's three core values, we have taken our Graduates' feedback on board and we are thrilled to announce that this year, we have created multiple streams within our Graduate Development Program. Each role has been aligned to one of two streams:
Whether you're experiencing a diversity of work through rotating around the business, or contributing to multiple projects within your fixed team, we will provide a structured learning program to all graduates.
As a graduate with QinetiQ Australia, you will work alongside inspiring leaders who are established in their fields, whose professionalism stands out and whose customers trust them implicitly. All of our leaders are committed and want to invest in you, passing on their valuable skills, knowledge and niche expertise.
Our people and our culture make QinetiQ a great place to work; we value integrity, collaboration and performance. We are committed to attracting and retaining the best talent in the market. We celebrate our differences and incorporate diversity and inclusion into everything we do.

To be eligible for our 2025 Graduate Development Program you must be due to complete your degree qualification by the end of 2024, or have completed your degree within the past 12 months, with no more than 12 months' work experience. You also need to be eligible for an Australian Government Security Clearance, requiring you to be an Australian citizen.
We look for tertiary qualified graduates who demonstrate:
Remuneration: $75,000
Rotations:
Based on feedback from our graduates and managers, we have implemented two (2) separate streams within our Graduate Development Program; Rotational and Fixed. We recognise that some graduates want a breadth of experience - you don't know what you don't know right! Others are focused on becoming a niche, technical expert in their chosen field. Our new streams provide the opportunity for graduates to follow their career aspirations, whatever they may be.
Promotion:
Upon completion of the 18-month Graduate Development Program, all graduates will offboard into permanent roles. This comes with a salary review, and position title change.
