What our Program offers: 

  • A 12- month program including three rotations within broad & dynamic teams with the opportunity to be based from multiple sites, including our Noble Park contact centre
  • You will have a tailored development plan to be exposed to a broad range of ongoing opportunities post program  
  • Ranked in the Grad Australia top 100 Graduate Programs 2023
  • Support network of mentors, buddies & a dedicated graduate program manager to ensure you are supported through your journey 
  • Starting salary of $74,000 inclusive of superannuation
  • Graduate specific learning modules facilitated by our learning team to help you acclimatise to corporate life 
  • Exposure to senior leaders, through meet & greet sessions tailored to the graduate program 
  • A capstone project where you will get to work with other graduates on a business problem & present your recommendations to senior leaders 

About the Opportunity  
Commencing in February 2025, we have multiple positions in our Assisted Channels stream offers three rotations across various parts of our membership business. 

Rotations may include areas such as: 

  • Member engagement – call centre and retail stores
  • Workforce planning
  • Analytics
  • Centre of Excellence, Roadside assist & Omni Channel 
  • Business planning 
  • Service, Sales & more!

You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on the job activities and more!  

What you’ll need to be successful  

At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background. To be considered for our program you will need; 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline
  • Completed studies within the last 2 years
  • Strong interpersonal skills from a range of experiences 
  • You have a desire to succeed and are outcome driven
  • Strong relationship builder and team player
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the business
  • Previous work experience in a similar field advantageous
