A Day in the Life at RACV

Now I have my presentation in one of the project rooms... The presentation went well, and my team also gave feedback on key areas I did well and improvements for next time. Overall, it was a good experience.

The Beehive is a digital platform that consolidates donations to charity in a more structured way. The CEO is here to talk to us about his experiences in giving and why the new platform is important.

I begin my first task for the day, an example of a task that I have been working on recently is an Adobe Analytics Dashboard which tracks and analyses certain marketing content sent out by RACV.

Catch up with one of my mentors. We discuss how I’m settling in, the project I’m working on, and any advice they may have. I’m lucky to have two mentors—one from Technology, and the other from Finance.

It’s exciting that I get to work on projects and contribute in a meaningful way, whereby I can see how the work that I’m doing contributes to the task at hand.

Jacinta Costanzo studied Bachelor of Arts (Journalism/Communications & Media) at Monash University, and is part of RACV’s new and emerging Digital team.

Tom Mahon studied a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) at University of Melbourne, and is now undertaking his graduate year in RACV’s finance division.

Sam Hudson studied a Bachelor of Business (Honours) at RMIT, and is part of the Generalist program at RACV focusing on member benefits, products and marketing.
