The role

As a Graduate Engineer at Saab Australia, you will be provided with the opportunity to build a career within a large global organisation. Through our hands-on, supportive and structured Graduate Program, we will assist you with your transition from university to work-life so you may successfully kick-start your exciting new career.

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, Saab Australia's Graduate program will give you the opportunity to be mentored by experienced engineers, who will provide you guidance to design and deliver innovative solutions for our defence and security customers. Through structured rotations, you will be exposed to several areas within the business and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge as you undertake diverse project activities.

We are seeking Engineering Graduates specialising in the following disciplines:

  • Electrical/Electronics
  • Computer Systems
  • Software
  • Mechanical/Mechatronics

About you

We are searching for talented and inquisitive problem-solvers, who are interested in designing and delivering products that will help to keep people and society safe.

To be eligible for the Saab Australia Graduate Program, you will need to meet the following criteria:

Completed within the last two (2) years, or about to complete, a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, specialising in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Systems, Mechanical/Mechatronics or Software; and

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, you will be an Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain appropriate clearance.
