We are a young, dynamic business with an expanding portfolio of projects in sectors including: Multi Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Office, Commercial and Education. Some of our exciting projects include the recently completed Garden State Hotel in Melbourne and Chadstone Shopping Centre's Lego Land Discovery Centre.
At SEMZ Property Advisory & Project Management we believe all projects require a personalised approach. We ensure our team take the time to build relationships and understand the needs of each client and project. This enables us to proactively lead collaborative problem solving, providing the highest level of communication to all project stakeholders while limiting and mitigating project risk(s) throughout the life of a project.
We strongly believe that Project delivery should be an enjoyable experience based on trusting and loyal relationships. We are a small team of five Project Managers with backgrounds ranging from Town Planning to Construction Management and Architecture.
We offer an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as a graduate where they will gain experience in all aspects of Project Management while supporting our team on a range of projects.
As a suitable applicant, you will have recently (or almost) completed a degree in Property and Construction or a related discipline. You will enjoy working in a team and have a strong desire to learn and contribute on a range of Project Management Tasks. Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and a 'çan do' attitude are essential.
