You’ll be trained to analyze problems, make repairs, and help contribute to an effective, efficient, and safe working environment.

With the support of your manager, peers and the established and structured development program SLB offers, you will develop technical and non-technical skills, lead teams and contribute to continuously improving our processes.

In addition, we’ll provide the training you need to become an adept problem-solver, while using the latest technology to deliver excellent service quality.

You can expect to:

  • Maintain equipment to the highest standards.
  • Improve asset availability.
  • Help implement reliability practices across the business.
  • Follow a structured development program.

There are several characteristics and skills that successful Maintenance Technicians share. We're looking for people with:

  • Two to three years' experience, with a technical certificate, associate degree, or a Bachelor in Science, or equivalent military experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A willingness to learn and take on challenges - Don't worry; SLB will train you on anything you might not know (yet).
