Job Satisfaction at SLB

During the internship I was given a good amount of flexibility with my tasks. I was able to spend time in the workshop with the technicians learning about the tools first hand. I was also given experience with some of the software used in the company operations. My main responsibility was to develop an app that would help reduce some of the manual tasks required in the worshop,

I'm very satisfied with the responsibility I have at work and the ability to learn. There's always something to learn everyday in the line of work and to practice the knowledge gained from training to use in the field.

Determining team priorities, reviewing contracts, and supporting personnel and equipment plans to maintain operations according to the project requirements. Compliance audits, budget control and client management are also recurring tasks.

My current role is very satisfying. Day to day responsibilities involve working with employees to help navigate them towards promotions. Helping build people to succeed in their careers is very rewarding.

Operational support

varies based on management - sometimes I am on a project and sometimes working on help desk.

I have the pleasure and privilege of carrying out flow assurance and process engineering work on projects covering a range of subject areas such as CCS, traditional oil & gas, and new energies. This typically involves building and running simmulation models in tools such as OLGA and Symmetry, report writing, document drafting in MS Visio and AutoCAD and consulting with clients and the lovely team here at SLB.

No responsibilities as I am in pre-school. I've been able to attend jobs which has helped me learn.
