As for my pay, I am satisfied with it at the moment. My main purpose it to learn and gain as much experience and knowledge as possible. From this experience, the salary will increase accordingly

It is all right. But you dont get bonuses until you reach a certain level in your career in this comapny.

1. Pay: I think it is kind of low during the current cost of living, most of my pay goes to rent and bills and I don't qualify for home loans with banks in Brisbane. The minimum they take is $140,000 for a single person.
2. Bonuses: I don't qualify for any bonuses for the first 6-8 months

I am happy with the bonuses to receive in the future , salary is okay. Without bonuses I would not be happy with the salary, when I consider the other graduate roles I turned down in terms of working hours. I also understand that bonuses at my location will be less due to less job frequency and smaller tickets.
