Based on the demographics on my colleagues, we're very diverse in backgrounds.

I think it is an office with good diversity among the teams and the supportiveness of life events.
Graduate, Perth
I treat everyone equally. I don't pay attention to any events that are focused on other communities as it is not my concern. I know that there are other focuses but that is not something on my radar.

Stantec has a excellent diversity policy. My team is quite male dominated, however, not due to Stantec's policies.
Graduate, Brisbane
We have a very diverse team, and everyone loves to learn from each other's culture and background.

Great for parents. A big reason I am staying here knowing that I will be looked after

Stantec is a very inclusive and diverse company, and they do a great job of promoting this or making their employees feel included.

Stantec often comments on their commitment to diversity. I haven't really looked into it much - employee based I don't think it's a un-diverse group. Sometimes feels tokenistic to put LGBTIQA+ details in employee surveys bc I don't feel there is anything in particular that is done/needs to be done in the work place as such. other than general tolerance and language issues but this is really just a personnel issue with companies.

I think my company is quite diverse. there is quite a lot of diversity in my immediate team with genders and ethnicities. I am not aware of peoples sexuality i don't think i am close enough to them yet for them to be that open with me
Graduate, Sydney
Haven't experienced any real issues with being an ethnic minority. Fairly inclusive.
