How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
Very flexible - satisfied.
Graduate, Brisbane
My usual workday starts at 7am and ends at 3.30pm. Stantec offers flexible working options by early morning starts and late finishes.

Work hours are pretty flexible .We get to work in WFH 2 days a week. But I prefer to be in ,just to see people around makes me feel good. And WFH is bit lonely too.

My company is flexible with hours

Work hours are generally okay noting that there are times where I am needed to work uncompensated overtime to ensure we meet project deadlines. Generally work hours are flexible which is good.
Graduate, Sydney
I do 8 hours a day from 9 to 5.
Graduate, Perth
Flexible working hours available, have made arrangements to make up hours on alternative days to clock of early on others due to commitments. Total 40 hour week (not 37.5hr) which is a bit of a down side, any lunch break taken will need to be made up later to satisfy 8 hour work day.
Graduate, Sydney
My work hours are very flexible which makes for a good work environment.

8 hours. Stantec allows us to arrange the working hours flexibly, as long as we work for at least 8 hours per day.
Graduate, Adelaide
My hours in office changes week to week depending on site visit commitments. It is flexible on work from home requirements here which is helpful.
Graduate, Other (Please specify) - Newcastle
My work is 40 hours, and Stantec is flexible about my start and end times, as well as working from home or working in the office. Working in the office is generally encouraged, as is working within the standard 8-5 office hours, however, where utilization is not an issue, they are flexible about both.

Quite flexible when it comes to working hours.
Graduate, Brisbane
I work 40hrs/week and flexible about the start and end of each day.
Graduate, Other (Please specify) - Manila
Senior staff members are judgmental to anyone who leaves at 5pm. Junior staff leave at 5pm anyway and set boundaries even if it's not taken well. Work from home is flexible but changing hours during 9-5 is not that flexible (eg if I wanted to work 7-3)
Graduate, Melbourne
Usually work the standard 9-5. Some days it could be a little more. There is some flexibility with the hours but it could be better still.
Graduate, Sydney
I feel neutral towards this question, while working 40 hours a week is a big week, I am used to it now and know no different. I have a heavier field load and would ultimately like to have more compensated R&R when returning from a long field trip as TIL or taking leave days does not necessarily encourage people to take the necessary rest that they would require because it in theory costs them money or leave time.

Very flexible. I can work around appointments/requirements if need be and my work is very understanding.

Stantec, or at least my team are flexible with wfh arrangements. Full time is 40 hours a week, which I may be struggling a little with trying to balance and find time for my out of office life.
