I am very satisfied with management at Stockland. You have fortnightly catch-ups with your direct manager, but more senior managers will also schedule catch-ups to see how you are going. Managers will always communicate information to you and will give you feedback whenever you request it. They also welcome feedback themselves, making it a two-way relationship which is great. They are strongly focused on your development and will find opportunities for you to develop your career.

Yes, but remote working can be more challenging to communicate with manager but overall, good mentor especially when considering development and career opportunities.
