Job Summary

  • 12 week program beginning Nov 12 through to Feb 8
  • Full time
  • Hobart based

Is this role for you?

  • To undertake hazardous manual task risk assessments for identified tasks performed by TasNetworks Overhead Field Workers.
  • To improve the standards by which hazardous manual tasks are currently undertaken.
  • To assist TasNetworks meet its Work Health and Safety (WHS) legal obligations regarding hazardous manual tasks.

What does success look like?

  • Higher Education qualifications in ergonomics and/or physiology (second year student as a minimum).
  • Access to professional ergonomic assessment tools i.e. Mantra, Snook Tables.
