Account management opportunity

Due to the continued growth in our QLD business we have an opening for an Account Manager, based in Brisbane, reporting to the Regional Client Services Director.

The overall objective of the Account Manager is to foster strong relationships to ensure our clients get the most out of our services and we organically grow our market share. This position will see you responsible for:

  • The retention and renewal of existing accounts.
  • Growing the account portfolio through increased solution uptake.
  • Mapping client stakeholders and developing strategic relationships.
  • Developing engagement strategies to ensure KPI's are met.
  • Manage implementation of services and client utilization.
  • Account reporting, administration and maintenance of service levels
  • Generate proposals and complete contract negotiation across our service solutions.


You will be a high performing sales professional with extensive service standards and account management experience in the corporate sector. This role will require you to be hungry to succeed with the right combination of energy, enthusiasm, drive and persistence to service our portfolio of clients. To succeed in your new role you shall have:

  • Proven account management experience.
  • Proven experience in developing engagement strategies.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
  • Competent in using CRM systems
