At Aspire Lifestyles we pride ourselves on delivering unforgettable moments that our customers will talk about for years to come. We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented Customer Service Representatives to join our Lifestyle Concierge Team.

Duties

Our dedicated Lifestyle Concierge professionals assist our premium Australian clientele for all their concierge needs. We provide a wide variety of services, from fine dining through to organizing special events and luxury item purchases.

Our operations are available 24/7 and our concierges work on a 7 day rotating roster.

Day Rotations – 8 shifts / fortnight. Night Rotations – 7 shifts / fortnight.

This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in customer service.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • Outstanding customer service standards
  • Current knowledge of restaurants, accommodation, attractions, events and what's currently trendy in Sydney
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A "Can do" attitude to deliver the best possible experience to all clientele
  • The ability to think creatively to source solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residents only
