Kim [00:00:13] So every applicant who has disclosed in their application form as living with a disability will be contacted by a member of the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Team to really understand if there are any adjustments that we can provide throughout the recruitment process for you. So we do encourage you to be as open as possible because we do want to set you up for success in the application process as well. So some of these examples could be skipping the review video overall or altogether. Another option would be doing that.
