Justin [00:00:00] What's probably the number one reason that you would tell other grads to come work at Energex?

Tyler [00:00:04] I would say the flexibility they really allow you to sort of balance your work and your work life and sort of enable you to do things outside of work. So myself, I'm actually an artist and I release music on the side. So having that flexibility to take a rostered day off or even working from home and just being able to be home at the end of the day a lot faster obviously, because you're already there just goes a long way for other commitments outside of work and that sort of thing. So yeah, I'd say the flexibility is a major benefit of working for Energex.
