Justin [00:00:03] So what kind of future careers can a grad program or role at Telstra lead to in the future?
Kim [00:00:09] We do have plenty of opportunities here at Telstra being such a large company, so there are opportunities within the pathway that you have applied for and once you do finish the graduate programme, you know, it could lead to, for example, if you are in the HR graduate programme, you could potentially be a human resources specialist working in our Transformation Communications and People team and really being involved in that, you know, HR generalist role. So it once you do complete the graduate programme, it is a promotion as well and all of the skills that you do learn in the programme you get to use and it's really setting you up for success for your next role.
