What your first few days as a fresh grad at the NEC are gonna look like.

Justin [00:00:03] So once you got hired into NEC as a grad, like through passing into their grad program, what is your sort of onboarding process look like the first few days, the first few weeks, that sort of thing? 

Hasnat [00:00:12] So because of COVID and the lockdowns here, the first couple of days we had the graduate induction and that was done over Teams. So we would do a couple of activities sort of, who's who at the zoo type of thing where we meet all of the people. And next week we decide to kick off with our first rotation. So we would meet our manager and then we'll start meeting everyone else in the team and then go from there.
