What'd your onboarding look like as a grad at Hydro Tasmania?

Justin [00:00:03] So once you got hired as a grad into Hydro Tasmania, what did the first few days, weeks, and generally the onboarding process look like? 

Dani [00:00:13] So the onboarding process was really good. I really, really enjoyed it. There was a big grad cohort that came through like sixteen of us, I think. So the first ... Pretty much the first three weeks we spent just with the grads and we did all of the induction stuff but we also got a bit of a walkthrough about different parts of the business, learning a bit about the business, which was really great to bond as sort of a grad cohort and then sort of beyond that three weeks we moved into our individual teams.
