Justin [00:16:03] So what would you probably say is the number one most important skill that you're looking for in new grads at Telstra who are applying to your grad program?
Kim [00:00:10] There are a couple of things that we do look for within our graduates. So number one is your natural curiosity and your willingness to learn. Within the graduate programme, we do have a "choose your own adventure" approach and this is where you know you'll be able to pick what mission or project you want to work on in your next rotation. So it's really important that you do have that natural curiosity to learn and be able to challenge yourself and others as well. And having a willingness to learn will open up opportunities for yourself to improve and expand your knowledge throughout the programme.
