What do I need to get into the Teach for Australia program?

We're looking for candidates who have, in terms of skills, communication & influencing ability, leadership, organisational & planning ability, and problem solving. In terms of mindset, we're looking for those with learning & self-evaluation, commitment to mission, resilience, humility, respect, and empathy. We assess candidates against these competencies during the recruitment process.
