What grades do I need to get into GHD?

Steven Nield

Graduate Recruitment Lead

Answer: Generally speaking, students with credit average or a 65% or higher WAM will progress easily to the next round at GHD.

We do have some of our roles that are highly technical and for those roles academic performance can be more important. However for many other roles, this isn't the most important factor.

What we're really looking for is well-rounded candidates. This means someone how has got decent academic performance, but in addition can point to extra-curricular activities and demonstrate soft skills and emotional intelligence.

It's the complete package that we're really after. Sometimes brilliant academic performance has come at the cost of these other competencies, so if you're planning to apply at GHD, make sure you balance academic performance with non-academic achievements and experience.
