What training opportunities are offered during the PM&C graduate program?

We have a learning and development schedule which is broken up into three streams - technical, personal professional development, and cultural competency. In these streams, we offer fundamentals of international policy, decision making, etc. Depending on the team you're in, they can offer to pay for courses that you need to take. Overall, the entire graduate program is just a massive learning opportunity for you.
