TEMCO is located at Bell Bay, 50km north of Launceston and 4km from George Town, on the beautiful Tamar River in Tasmania. The Role

The Graduate Metallurgist will be responsible for carrying out metallurgical investigations to optimise the ferro-alloy and sinter production units. Providing technical support for all areas of TEMCO operations, and evaluating and optimising the operations using plant performance data will also be expected as required.

We are looking to hear from metallurgy graduates who meet the following criteria;

  • BEng or MSc in Metallurgy, Materials Engineering or Materials Science (preferred) or Chemical Engineering (considered)
  • You will have completed your degree in 2017 or are due to complete your degree in 2018
  • Hold AUS citizenship or PR at the time of applying
  • Reside in TAS or willing to relocate to the region
