About VMware Professional Services Organization (PSO):
The VMware Professional Services Organization (PSO) influences the success of each VMware implementation. The PSO team is dedicated to the success of the customer, and their virtualization strategy and implementation. Comprising of four interdependent functional teams – Advisory Services, Services Sales, Consulting (including a Project Management Office) and Technical Account Management – PSO is responsible for advising, designing, planning and implementing solutions for customers. The PSO team ensures that VMware customers are successfully implementing their business plans from adoption all the way to a fully functioning virtualized datacenter.

As an Associate Consultant, you will contribute to the successful delivery of VMware products and technologies while gaining valuable experience for your future career. You will advise customers to enable effective and efficient usage of VMware products collaborating through the requirement definition, design and operational phases. You will provide technical leadership in customer engagements, working closely with our partners, sales team, and development team.
The Associate Consultant will join the vibrant, diverse and rapidly growing VMware Professional Services Organization, that offers many opportunities for career and personal growth. Continued learning on and off the job is strongly encouraged and supported through various local and global enablement programs. This is further underpinned by a VMware Global Technical Community Summit that is held annually.
