We're looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Graduate to join us in a program that offers a range of unique experiences in Zinfra's Health, Safety and Environment disciplines includes safety systems / process reviews, project management and leadership development through a structured rotation program.

Over the course of the two-year program, you will work within the Health, Safety and Environment team both learning and contributing to team goals.

These rotations provide you with hands-on experience across:

  • Research, development and implementation of innovative Environmental / HSE projects.
  • Preparation of Environmental / HSE management plans.
  • Review of Environmental / HSE management documentation.
  • Monitoring of Environmental / HSE performance.
  • Investigation and analysis of incidents and trends.
  • Provision of site Environmental / HSE support.

About You:
We're looking for a strong performer who has completed a Bachelor of Environmental and Business Management with a focus in Occupational Health and Safety in 2017 or will complete by the end of 2018.

Ideally, you will have a basic understanding of organisational health and safety practices. You will also have:

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail to ensure high quality work is presented to the business.
  • Basic knowledge of OH&S standards and requirements .
  • Sound communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Highly competent PC skills with ability to utilise a range of software packages, particularly Excel & Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Sound analytical, interpretive and problem solving skills.
  • A willingness to travel when required.
